Ok...i'll say it first.....i'm dense

Looking for best hook-up for my new Onkyo SR674 Receiver (has 2 hdmi inputs and 1 output)

What I have to hook up:

Maxent 50" Plasma HDTV
Motorola DCT3412 I Cable Box w/HDMI connection (Comcast Provider)
JVC TH-6 DVD
Sony SA-WM500 Sub-Woofer
JVC Speakers (no help needed- self explanatory on hooking these up)

Do I run HDMI cable directly from cable box to tv or go thru the 674?
Audio hook ups?
etc, etc etc

basically, i guess i need full wiring config for everything if someone would be kind enough to help.
