In the next couple of days I will be buying the 5087, I cant wait to do it either. My only concern is if the tv has input memories? I know I can set say the dvd input to movie and calibrate it, but if I use movie mode on another input will it have the same settings or can I have "movie" mode calibrated different per input? If not does anyone think thats its a big issue/drawback?

On my older Samsung model (HLN), Normal, Movie, and Dynamic are factory presets and can't be changed. The last mode, Custom, is where you make your adjustments, and yes, my Custom settings can be different for Component 1, Component 2, Component 3, and DVI.
