Does anyone know why I cannot get DVI-->HDMI working on my Olevia 237V? I have PowerStrip installed and have tried a few settings, but maybe I just don't get what I'm doing here.
I have an eVGA Nvidia FX5500 PCI (not PCI express) card, and DVI output works fine when to a CRT or LCD monitor (though I'm using a DVI-->VGA adapter). The HDMI input of the TV works as well, since my DVD player HDMI-->HDMI connection looks great.
When I set the TV input to HDMI and plug any resolution (640X480, etc) into the TV, I get a "no signal" message on a blue screen on the set. I tried buying a new DVI-->HDMI cable but that didn't help either so it's not the cable. Shouldn't I be seeing a warped picture at least at random resolutions?
