I believe about $20 for the nunchuk, same goes for the classic controller, and $40 for the Wii-mote.

ive seen classic controllers stay on the shelves now. the remote and the nunchuck are still pretty rare, but ive spotted a few every once in a while.

nintendo.com has them in stock I believe. Otherwise you just have to check your local stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, Walmart, Target, etc.

I bought one on launch day for $30 with the nunchuk for $20...If you can wait a month there is supposed to be a wiimote bundled with Wii play which I think is going to be released in February.

Actually, you can pre-order the one bundled with Wii Play and get it on January 15th when it comes out. It's $50 though.

gamestop.com also is taking preorders and lists 2/12 as the ship date. There it is $50 with free shipping.
