Ok...i'll say it first.....i'm dense

Looking for optimal hook-up for my new Onkyo SR674 Receiver (has 2 hdmi inputs and 1 output)

What I have to hook up:

Maxent 50" Plasma HDTV
Motorola DCT3412 I Cable Box w/HDMI connection (Comcast Provider)
JVC TH-6 DVD
Sony SA-WM500 Sub-Woofer
JVC Speakers (no help needed- self explanatory on hooking these up)

Do I run HDMI cable directly from cable box to tv or go thru the 674?
Audio hook ups?
etc, etc etc

basically, i guess i need full wiring config for the best config. of everything if someone would be kind enough to help.

Most will say "Why pass through more then ya have to" So IMO and im sure most others go direct HDMI from Cable box to TV. Then use Optical/coaxial audio cable from cable box direct to receiver. Do the same with the DVD player to TV Via best connection DVD player has HDMI? Component? Svideo? Composite :( ? same for audio then also. Good luck.
