I am trying to decide what would produce better results for money spent. I have a Mitsubishi HC3000 (720p) projector with a DVDO HD+ with SDI mod scaler. I use a Sony 7700 DVD player that does not have an SDI mod done to it. I mostly watch movies on this setup.

I'm trying to decide if I should spend the money to get a SDI Dvd player or sell the DVDO HD+ and just get a 1080p DVD player? I guess I would have to sell the HC3000 as well to get a 1080p projector....Is all this worth it? Or is the SDI mod worth it given that everything is changing?
