I have a TV that does not have an HD TV tuner. I want to get over air content, so is there a processor I can get (I know there is one for the computer I can get but I was looking for something that does not need to be connected to a computer).
Or is it better to use my computer? What would be the best tuner to get with WinXP pro if I have to use my computer?

Why even bring your computer into this? Just purchase a standalone HDTV tuner to hookup to your TV. For example,
