You have to buy three of the 12" tubes, and two more connecting rings.

Except remember that the flares themselves add 2.5" each of length. So...if you need 30" of true port length then you could just get by with two 12" tubes and have 29" of effective port length.

I'm not sure about the PSP ports, but with the PNR Aeroport six-inch flares that I have you can just use thin wall PVC (sewer or drain pipe). You can get this in most hardware or home improvement stores for far less $.

Does the 6" x 17" Precision Port (PSP6-BKNT (http://www.thrilleraudio.com/detail.aspx?ID=536)) come pre-assembled, or is assembly required? Reason I ask is because I would like to buy that and an additional 6" x 12" tube and 6" connecting ring to make my port.

Also, even though the 6" flares don't have mounting holes, are they made of plastic so that drilling your own mounting holes wont be a problem?

I don't believe it comes pre-assembled.

They have indentations for mounting holes.

It comes in three pieces (two flares, one section of pvc.) Even without holes, they are easy to mount. You can drill you own holes, or use an adhesive.
