Help............  :(
I pulled my Da-Lite Model C High Power down too far and now I can't get it to go back up. The user manual does not talk about this. It does give instructions rolling the screen up to pull down about 6 inches and release pressure. I can only move it about 2 inches because I lowered it to much. Anyone have any solutions? Thanks in advance for any help you all could give me.

Thanks for your reply shingor6, greatly appreciated!
I have already seen the flash movie at Da-Lite. Those instructions are if the screen stops somewhere in the middle of rolling up. My screen is stuck all the way at the bottom where if I look behind the screen I can see the bare metal roller. Anyone else have a solution?

You mean yours is FULLY extended? Like you can even pull it down an inch?

Yes, it was fully extended and would only move about 2 inches before running completely out of fabric. I was able to fix it by cleaning my hands thoroughly so I could get a good grip with my finger tips and slid my hand as far as I could into the screen slot and roll the metal roller back and the screen then was able to roll up. I made some adjustments by taking off the adjustment plate on the roller and made some adjustments and all seems to be working allot better now. :)
