HS3000 continuous reboot

Ok - I know I've seen this one before but I can't remember the cause. My hard drive was going bad so I replaced it. I ran RTVPATCH on the new drive, but when it comes up it just keeps rebooting.

Please help!

99% of the time it's because you did not click PATCH the drive.
Running the program writes the data to it, then you have to click PATCH. I click it 2 or 3 times just to be sure..

And of course you have to make sure you used the exact right image.
