We should be getting dates for those tomorrow. They originally mentioned The Lord of the Rings as well, but then we heard 2008 from PJ, due to likely his law suit and him not wanting to play along. Heck, Sam Raimi's The Hobbit could come out on NextGen before LotR with the fit PJ is having.

Blade Runner? Thought this was a Warner title but none the less it would be great in HD.

i would definitely buy blade and se7en on day one. i would buy the blade trilogy on day one also

That looks like the list of New Line titles included in the '06 CES announcement. I don't know when in '07 New Line will support either format but FWIW The Digital Bits says they won't have anything till 3Q '07.

That list can't be correct since Blade Runner is NOT a New Line film.

Wishful list? :confused: Well lets wish for Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Battlefield Earth, and ever other film made. :D Also I wish for the wining Lotto numbers. ;)

I have a hunch New Line will announce something at CES, but this list definitely sounds bogus to me, if only for the fact that Blade Runner is Warner, not New Line...

I would also be quite shocked if they don't go neutral from day 1...

LOTR could be released on HD, Blu-ray, Red-ray, Super Hot Flaming 4090p ray, and my wife would tell me I could buy whatever player it took to watch it. But lets hope it just arrives soon on HD.
