i would like to do 2 rows of 5. my room is 250" wide and 5 of the 090's is 183". with 16" gone for columns i have 25" on each side. that seems a little tight. i sat in some 090s today and i liked how they felt but now i think i need something a little narrower.

The Berkline 88's are more narrow.

You might also look into the Berkline 45004's. They are supposed to be almost as narrow as the 88's, but with backs as high as the 90's. You might also want to head over to the Accessories forum here, as that's where seating is discussed extensively.
Go the the Berkline website and you can put together the seating arrangement you want and it will tell you how wide it will be.

Agree with this. Although I went with the 088s (needed a little lower for vision purposes from row 2), the 45004s are the width of the 088s, but the back heights of the 090s.
