I'm not trying to pick this apart but was just commenting
Viseton and Delphi do we have any information on them given they are auto suppliers? Also for Daewoo did anything come out? I can see this being low end but given the Degen/Kaito price line of radios this could be VERY interesting

Of that list, how many are available on the open retail market? Not mail order, but in a B&M store? I can count maybe 3...

This is why HD will die, retailers don't care because there's no commission on HD, versus sirius or XM where they get a kickback for selling them.

Hell, radio shack has the HD radio now, but of all 6 stores i've been in, they can't receive anything, but the sirius radio works flawlessly. Go figure...

Also, BMW just announced that they will offer HD Radio for all their cars:

It'll be just like the sales strategy/evolution of Sat Radio if all the automakers start offering this.
