hi,
when u sit in the centre of the screen, do u see any diffrenece in brightness from one edge to the other?
I know about the viewing cone, so if the screen is 8-9ft wide, and u sit 12-16ft, is the centre of the screen brighter than the edge?
when u have a PJ ceiling mounted the gain is lower, but is the brightness still the same through the whole screen?
thx for any info,

I don't see any difference in brightness, the image is uniform across the entire screen and from top to bottom.

Retro-Reflective screen will have same brightness across the screen when viewed from a fixed position.

same brightness all over.

i would NOT ceiling mount - but WALL mount.

screen will be uniform but dim if projector is not wall mounted.

kinda defeats the purpose of the Hipow if you project from the ceiling IMO.

Especially if you are under the projector. The light from all parts of the screen will bounce back to the projector. So if you are near the projector, all the light will come back to you from all parts of the screen at the same light intensity.

There won't be light bounce off in a direction away from you as happens with other type angular reflecting screens. With angular reflecting screens, the angle between you and different parts of the screen will be different resulting in light be bounced in different directions than just back to you.
