meh, use transcode360, then you have support for all codecs on the fly. :)

but native h.264 would be pretty awesome.

360's crappy codec support is so frustrating that I was forced to turn my PC on it's side, lable it an HTPC and throw it on the TV shelf. Rassafrackin' thing is making me rearrange my whole room.

Shame they have to pay to license what we take for granted. Free xvid and the like has spoiled me. :)
