I have an Elite screen 84" with an extra 30" of drop that will just not retract. This is my second screen and it simply will not retract. It's so frustrating. I have it ceiling mounted, so the screen casing moves a little bit when I tug on the screen...I am wondering if wall mounting it will make the case steadier and enable the screen to retract. Has anyone has else had issues with the screen not retracting?
