I thought Tekken 5 was available on the playstation store? I cant see it anywhere what gives?

From what I understand, the Hong Kong / Japanese versions are not fully translated. Which is fine, as long as the main items are translated. But were there any reports that may hint to US version update w/ improved graphics? I am hearing from numerous reviews that this game is a simple 1080P upscale from the arcade version. I wonder if they are going to improve this a bit more, may be even adding some more polygon count to refine the graphics a bit more...
