What is the best audio setting for using an optical cable with the PS3, PCM or Bitstream? I aways get these two confused. I am using a B&K AVR-507 receiver with a 5.1 speaker setup. Thanks for the assistance!

Use bitstream PERIOD. He is connecting via OPTICAL to his receiver. If he sets his optical to LPCM he will just get 2channels of audio. Please just set your optical output to Bitstream!!!! |
