Is there a Unlock all songs cheat? I did a google search but came up empty for this kind of cheat. I only found how to get other guitars etc.

If you have Action Replay,you can d/l game saves with everything unlocked.

Is that like Gameshark? Does Gameshark act as a memory card as well or does it just hold cheats in the ROM?

It doesn't look like there's any built-in (as in part of the game) codes to unlock everything for GHII.
