View Full Version : New Panasonic light engine at CES

I ran across this while cruising through some other sites about a new light engine that Panasonic came up with for RPTV's that uses something similar to the HID lights on luxury vehicles. I don't see why this couldn't also be used in front projection systems as well, except for maybe a space limitation due to heat. Anyway, I can post the link since I haven't hit the 5 post mark yet but go over to the Engadget website and click on international CES at the top of the page then scroll down about 3/4 of the way. The story is titled "Panasonic's RPTV LIFI bulb lasts so long, it might never need changing"

Maybe someone would be nice enough to post the link since I can't.
