I have a large client that would like a Training room set up for them. I need to incorporate a Motorized Screen, a Projector (in a motorized housing), A PA system with wireless mics, Lighting control, and I believe they are going to be using Laptops for presentaiton on the projector. So i need a VGA connection and RCA input to the system for sound and video.

I'm looking at Xantech equipment, specifically thier SPLCD64V for control at the Podium (Video so they can watch the presentation without turning around, A MRC44CTL for Audio in from Microphone or PC over the speakers, (I'm putting all 4 zones of speakers in the training room and will have the Microphone run on 2 zones and the PC on the other 2 Zones, when the Mic is used.) I want to control the room lights from the LCD touchpanel, and also with a simple touch switch at the 2 entry doors. (Just touch on/off at each door) Dimming dependent on use from the Podium (Movie = 10%, Presentation = 40% front - 20% back, or speaker = 75% front to 50% back, then off and on) I know the Xantech LCD touchscreen can support Lighting control but can't figure out all the components that I will require.

I expec the touch panel to be daisied to the other 2 light switches, and then run to the 4 source/ 4 zone amp, but how do I get the VGA signal into the system to send to the Projector, and how do I get the projector and screen to drop out of the ceiling. I believe those are simple relays off the CC62 remote relay switcher, but then what about lighting?

Am I missing anything? If you would like to know more I can draw up some stuff and put it up. THanks for any help. I'm really excited about working on this system.
