I was told by someone that turning a rear projection TV on it's side can damage it. I need to move my JVC 1080p set, and it would be a lot easier to do it on it's side than upright. Can someone tell me if it's true that I could damage it this way? Thanks

The best way to transport it is upright. Any other way and parts can get loose or damaged.
