I have my pc and 50 inch bigscreen in same room. When I play games that require a kb and mouse I use my 21 inch lcd and my analog 5.1 computer speakers. When I play games that I use a gamepad for I would like to play on my 50 inch sony sxrd. If I am sitting at the pc the tv is directly behind me. My tv has its own 5.1 setup with 5.1 receiver and 5.1 speaker setup for when I watch dvd's and tv. The problem is when I spin around to play certain games on the big screen the pc speaker setup is backwards. I want to be able to play my pc and plug my xfi soundcard into the receiver so that I am playing on the entertainment centers audio because I am facing that way. My receiver has 5.1 analog inputs but I am using that for my sacd and dvd audio player. That would be the best way to use the sound card but when I use rca splitters to plug in both the dvd audio and pc sound card the output volume is greatly diminished. ( I do only have one on at a time). I guess I could do just the front speakers and turn up the cmss. I know this is a long post but do you guys have any ideas. I do NOT have the front bay connections btw.

Connect it using the digital connection.
