Check out the video called "Airstrike." Holy crap at the explosions, and the music is awesome.

The newly added medic can be commanded to give aid to any team member, including you, and he carries up to seven med kits at a time. To be honest, he's not nearly as efficient a killer as the other ghosts, but again don't fret. Given the amount of gunfire and the volume of enemies you'll see onscreen at once, he'll be a great help. You can only imagine how helpful he'll be in a multiplayer game.

So, is GRAW2 just more Vegas? Hardly. In a nut shell GRAW2 is the complete vision that Ubisoft had of GRAW from the beginning, and it's also one hell of a graphic powerhouse. The bigger, more vertical landscapes, the increase in technological support, and the overall tactical finesse of the game separates it even further from its Rainbow Six brethren, which is still focused more on indoor, close-combat SWAT-like gameplay. GRAW2 also displays the greatest explosions known to man, and for gamers, sick and sad as that may be, that's something real special.

Will this be on the PS3? I have a 360 and like GRAW when I rented it but just curious.

OMG I just watched that. My mouth is drooling. I really will be buying this game no question. This is one of those games that someone might buy a 360 just to play lol.

So the question becomes: should I get the PS3 version or the 360 version? I'd be tempted to get the PS3 version if the graphics are noticeably better but on the other hand I like Xbox Live and the 360 controller better.

Yeah they GRAW lobby sucked, maybe they'll learn from RB6, because the RB6 one is 100x's better ;) and I love the point system.

I agree. The one I get will be dependent on how the controller feels when I play the game. Like, I love fighting games on the PS controller because then I use the D pad. The on on Microsoft's console is the worse I have ever seen since Dreamcast :mad: . That is why I would like to own all consoles because therefore I have a choice and the exclusives are catered to their controllers.

My bet is that the the 360 version will look better if you consider some of the past cross platform games. :D

I downloaded all of the single player videos from IGN last night, put it on my Zune and watched them at work today. When I saw the airstrike portion, I was blown away, pun intended. I showed 3 of my co-workers, who own 360's as well, and every one of them said "when is this game coming out?".

Probably never because people have been telling them this since Ghost Recon for the Xbox...

I played the demo and I will eventually pick it up, but I just started R6:V and I only really play one game at a time.

Rainbow6:V is much better then GRAW.

I really hope they allow the use of cover in multiplayer this time. After so much GOW and R6 I'm not sure I can play another shooter without it.

It's a really great game and well worth your time.

The chapter 2 content is a lot of fun also, and they've recently reduced the price on it.

I'm really only interested in the multiplayer unless the campaign is much better than last time. That said GRAW online is fantastic and I'd buy it in a heart beat :)

I havent seen all the videos in HD (especially the air strike one) but I saw the Helo strafing one and it didnt look too different from GRAW. What's really different about GRAW 2?

I watched all 3 HD videos and it looked just like GRAW but with better explosions.. Looks like another attempt to make a quick buck..

I think GRAW 2 was fasttracked so Ubisoft could get a pretty much guaranteed infusion of cash before continuing development of Assassin's Creed(new IP) and BIA:HH. Assassin's Creed will probably sell well but it is new so you never know, and BIA:HH probably just needed more development time. GRAW 2 does look noticeably better in my opinion though. Ubi has also added some good gameplay tweaks, and if multiplayer is beefed up and tweaked to fix the problems with GRAW 1, this title will be one of my favorites this year.

Looks unchanged. In the air strike vid you can see a "press Y" to break cover deal...

I think I'd prefer that. In the first one, you had to zoom all the way out to break cover (or ever pop your head back in.) Hopefully in this one you won't have to.
