I'm a long time viewer first time poster.
I had came across a JVC Srdvd-100u HD player on ecost.
I was wondering how good it would be?
It says it can upconvert standard dvds via component video and dvi.
It also has a network connector and can allow pictures to be viewed at 2048 x 1532 resolution.
Unfortunately since this is my first post I cannot link to JVC's website.

I have one and I want to buy another.
Upconverts great.
DVI out looks great.
DVD tray is slow...This is actually a souped up Linkplayer 2.
I use it to stream back HD content from OTA recordings. Love it.
I am not on the newest firmware and I also use Wizd as a server to it.
I think the Linkplayer and IODATA are out of production and I think this is also out of production.
