I'm trying to find some informaiton on the Panasonic ET-LAD7500. It's in a 400-person theater, so I imagine we're in at least the right price bracket?

Many years ago, my son asked me if he could watch Star Wars. We told him that he'd have to wait until he was 7, the age his parents were when they saw it.

He just turned 7.

So, for his birthday, we're renting out a theater for his friends and family to watch Star Wars on DVD:

And they have the ET-LAD7500 projector for playing video. It's currently attached to a Sony DVP-NS575P DVD player, via (*gasp*) S-Video.

I was hoping for some recommendations of the best way to get high quality video out of the new Episode IV DVD on this projector. I can hook it up via component at least. Alternatively, I can bring in a laptop and play back via the VGA in.

But I don't have any specs on the projector - I don't even know if it's 16:9 or 4:3. Anyone have any tips, or references they can point me at?
