This title always cracks me up. "John Carpenter's Christine" is from a novel written by Stephen King. How many movies have we seen that were titled "Stephen King's........" Most of those, if not all, were disastrous. I like the car though...

Although a tad bit dated, this film works very well. I was a teen and Carpenter fan when this hit theaters and it's not my fave JC film by any means....but it's still worthy of occasional viddies. Right "up my alley". :)

PQ tonight was awesome with my settings and have not seen it looking any better than this.

Now...I'd KILL for Escape From New York in HD. HD-Lite.....anything close to really good. ;)

I believe that I requested this one awhile back. The print used on the 2-disc Special Edition DVD came from a HD transfer, so I guess it's only a matter of time.

Christine is still a good film to watch from time to time, but not one of my favorite Carpenter films.

The Thing on HDNet Movies would be icing on the cake. :D

I dvr'd it but haven't watched it yet, but John Carpenter is my fav director so if a work of his is on I'll watch. Christine may not be a "Halloween" but it's a entertaining film. :)
