Hi, new to AVS so be gentle..anyways bought a 42" Hyundai plasma HDTV model PTV421 no problems til now. On certain channels the screen will turn blue and is asking me to input password, it's fresh out of the box so never had a password encoded,tried last 4 digits of serial number, model number and so forth looked in the manual, no success.
Yes I tried where I purchased it, nobody in that might know Duh!
Any suggestions?

check an earlier thread, there is a code to access the Parental Controls. This is what is causing the Blue Screen issue.
