I own a Lincoln Aviator and had Sirius activated on the in-dash entertainment system. The car has a touchscreen for its entertainment system and uses this as its display for Sirius, but I don't like the skin that Lincoln provides. You can't use the text search while driving (for obvious reasons), unlike the Sportster I had in my previous car. It doesn't show artist and song titles, and it's horrible for sports events -- you have no idea what channel they might be playing on. Is there a way to modify or replace this, either myself or by an installer?
