It was released in the US by Weinstein, who currently only supports HD-DVD. However "Tom Yum Goong" (the actual name of the film) could be released abroad by just about anyone. The US is the same BD region as any of the southeast Asian countries it might be released in, so you'll just have to import it that way at some point.
