I would appreciate any help with the following problem:

I had a tv hooked up to the 6416 through the yellow "video out" on the 6416 because the lamp on my projector blew.

While connecting the projector with a HDMI cable after it was fixed, I forgot to disconnect the tv. Before I knew it I got a HDCP error showing on the tv.

Now, I cannot get any picture. I have sound but no picture. I tried turning off the cable box. I tried unplugging the cable box. I tried unplugging the cable box and the cable. No luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Assuming:

1) This setup worked before
and
2) You don't have the HDMI connected via an AVR

I would call your cable provider and have them flash/reset your box.

Yes, the setup worked fine before.

I called them. They tried to reset.

They are coming out but I was hoping I could get it fixed sooner if someone here knew the problem.
