I 'm just redoing my set-up for a 6pg extra. I got to the point where I now need to center the image in the raster. Being new to this, could some one tell if the small vertical lines starting on the right side of the tube are part of the image or is that the scan lines of the raster. I need to know where to stop the blanking.

when I move the image, narrow lines on the right side of the raster also move, so are these lines a part of the image or are they just part of the raster,which is not moving....So do I blankout these lines as well ?

You should not be able to see the raster at normal settings.
