I just watched live videos of interviews conducted during The Adult Entertainment Expo 2007 on their reasons behind supporting HD DVD. Apparently the problem that they experienced with Sony, is that they were not allowed to replicate movies on the Blu-ray format.

Jenna Jameson, and some other porn stars, had concerns about imperfections on her body being displayed for all to see.
