A tech came out and told me i needed my light engine replaced. I cant find anywhere online to order it. Is this the ballast, bulb, pcb board or what?

The unit turns on and will either auto shutoff or just freeze.

I think? this is the part you are looking for. It is probably less expensive to buy a new tv unless you can talk Samsung into some type of discount. Call the repair person who told you what you needed and be sure of the exact parts he says you need.
