I was wondering what the purpose of folders were in PM?
I created a couple, and assumed I'd be able to move tagged messages into the folders, for organizing purposes. But all the options I have are: Delete, Marking, and Downloading in a few formats.
I may be obtuse, but if messages can't be sorted and moved into folders, what else are they good for? Thanks!

Interesting. I may have found a (partial) answer to my question. I was reviewing Sent Items at the time, and "Move to Folder" does NOT appear there. But in the "In Box", it does.
So that transforms the question into: Why can't I move messages in the SentItems folder into other folders? Doesn't it make sense that there'd be just as much need to manage Sent messages as Received ones?

P.S. What I'm really trying to do, somewhat tangentially I'll admit, is collect a group of related Inbox and SentItems into the same folder, so I can tag them and download them in one chronologically-sorted group. Rather than doing 2 downloads, and winding up with 2 disjoint message sets (each with one half of a conversation) that have to be woven back together temporally.

Sorry to say no way around this. The Sent Box is just that, a place that stores all the sent messages. Thus you can not move it from that back to anther folder.
Sorry.

Thanks for the confirmation, David. Bummer though. :(
I may bounce this off the vBulletin developers over at Jelsoft.

Note the current version of VB may allow for it. We a few months away from going to it.
