So I turn on the set and I have about a 4" horizontal picture in the center of the display. This TV is long out of warranty and I was wondering if anyone could give me a 'ballpark' estimate? Is there a separate vertical deflection circuit board?

Just spent $300 for a new lamp and Momma is not happy!
