So I bought a copy of King Kong and I noticed that it doesn't have the factory sealed sticker on it like my copy of The Sting has. I just wondering if it's used and they sealed it in the plastic wrap like they sell at BlockBuster.

Looks like it came from the 360 HD-DVD add-on bundle. The copies that came with the add-on did not have the sealing stickers on them.

Thanks... I thought so after my post.

On the other hand, many stores will shrink wrap a DVD for a small fee.

Does it have the UPC code on the back?
I just realized that my copy of King Kong (from the XBOX add-on) doesn't have a UPC or barcode on the back!

If I remember correctly, the spine of the 360 pack-in is black, and the retail is silver (like other Universal movies), and the pack-in is also english and french text. I have the 360 pack-in and have not even opened it yet.

The 360 one was out a few weeks early if I am not mistaken, they probably just threw the cover art together real quick for it.
