It means the floor/ceiling horizontal deflection coil leads are plugged in differently to the settings in the menu for the convergence/astig controls.

You need to either change the plugs around, or set the menu correctly for your particular installation.

Passcode is 3151 (or 315151 I think). It's in the settings menu I think...maybe options.
