I need the proper tilt angle for my 50" plasma.

Center of plasma will be at 82" height from floor.
Power seat distance will be at 216" from center of plasma.
Eye level will be at 48".

There is no proper angle, it's what you prefer and looks best.
My Dad's is about the high, his is tilted approximately 10deg
with seating at 12ft. At 18ft you may need less.

Strictly mathematically, 7.5 degrees. I agree that it is whatever looks best to you in your room.
