Well, I was wanting to get the $200.00 Mail In Rebate for getting my Plasma delivered. I call the delivery guy and he comes and installs the plasma. Without even thinking about it, I threw the darn box away outside for the trash men to pick up the next day, UPC seal and all.

I am now stuck with a Delivery Receipt for my TH-50PX60U, Receipt of Purchase for my TH-50PX60U, and no UPC Seal to claim the MIR. Can anyone please help me out?

call panasonic and see if they can help. you should be able to prove purchase with the receipt, maybe the serial number is also on the receipt or maybe able to take photos of the set and serial number to send in as proof. just see what they say.

Thanksif the store you bought it from is legit, they should have the serial number and code of the set, Panny I am sure keeps track of what sets went to what retailer, good luck.

This happen to me with a Panasonic AC installed . I just sent in the reciept SN and a note that the installer threw the box away. They gave me my rebate no problem.
