Am I the only one who thinks a new version of Bomberman should be on the Arcade?

Not new like the new crap one for the 360, but new like the old one but touched up.

Same perspective, same deal, same fun. Just polished graphics more levels, maybe some player customization like on Sega Bomberman, and maybe an 8 or even 16 player online game...

That would be amazing.

Why did you get me all hype for no reason? I read that title and I turned my 360 on :o . Then I proceeded to click the thread link and its not really there. Got my hopes up for no reason. I would love to play Super Bomberman 2. I loved that game.

I remember beating Bomberman on NES as a kid and thinking how dissapointing it was that nothing happened at the end ... however, online gaming would be pretty sweet ... I've played the bomberman for 64 and that is no where near as good as the original imo

seriously people need to learn how to phrase topic titles... I too thought "OMG BOMBERMAN!" only to come in and get "boy bomerman on Live sure would be great..."

^^^ I feel you. I kinda am still excited a little because I want an online Super Bomberman 2 (SNES) where you can have a huge grid with like 8 people running around laying bombs lol.

Yes, Saturn bomberman on XBLA would literally make my day . . .

I'd like to see hudsoft make a new one specifically for XBLA.

I was hoping Act Zero would include a way to play it like the original.

I still have a Saturn with my bomberman and 6 controllers boxed up. Saturn bomberman would totally rock.. We used play with 6 humans and 4 AI dudes on my 65", even then it was small for some to see.. Tons of fun though. One map had enough for ten the other was 8.
