I have had no luck getting my MX-3000 to learn the IR commands on my Panasonic DMP-BD10 Blu-ray Disc player. If anyone else has this combination of remote and player, I'd sure appreciate any suggestions/help you can provide.

Never mind--figured out the problem. The Panasonic DMP-BD10 itself is not very sensitive to IR commands... I had to turn the IR flasher up to almost full-strength for the damn thing to notice it. :p
