I am trying to reprogram an 880 for a customer. Does anyone know if there is a way to download the programming that is currently on the remote?

The only useful version of the programming is the one that is maintained on the Harmony web site under the owner's account.

I believe Harmony customer support can easily copy that to a new account for you if you need to. You will need the customer's Harmony web site account ID and password, and you may need the customer handy as well in case they want to speak with him. You may also need the ID codes that are found under the battery inside the remote.

Alternatively, if the owner wants to just give you his Harmony account ID and password, you can just log into his account from any browser and do the programming there. This has the advantage of leaving the results in the customer's account for him to view/change later.

Well the problem is that i was the orignal programmer on my installers account. Somehow his account got deleted off mine. Its ok thou I just sucked it up and went to his house to get all of his models. Obviously there is a new problem now. The IR repeater wont repeat the on or off functions through the IR receiver. All of the other buttons work through it. Its very strange. I even tripled the delay to 1.5 seconds just in case it was too fast. It still will not work.
