I have been told, and read some things on line, that would make me believe there is a channel I can go to where I'd be able to see my DVR'd programs. Does anyone know what channel that might be for TWC in Cary, NC?

When you select a recorded program from "list", the box should just switch to that channel. Hit "info" and the channel number will be displayed. If you manually select that channel, you will just get a display telling you to select a program from "list". It's really nothing you have to be concerned with.
