I used the search feature but it seemed that everything I searched for had threads that were hundreds of pages long!
I am the new owner of a JVC HD-56FN97. I currently have a HD DVR through Charter Cable running at 1080i through component inputs. I just ordered an Oppo 981 DVD player that should be here on Wednesday.
Are there any tweaks that are recommended for the best picture quality? Is there a service menu that can be accessed? My old Mitsibushi TV had a service menu that allowed me to change (with caution of course!) certain characteristics such as velocity scan modulation that helped the the picture quality quite a bit.
Let me know any advice or tips that I need to know! Thanks!
