My picture tilts downward to the left part of the sreen slightly and I wa wandering if there was a service menu setting to fix this?

nope, its the way the screen is bowed in.

I have recently had my light engine replaced. When the tech first installed it the picture was tilted or twisted. He need to make a physical adjustment before he tightened the screws. Call a tech and have them realign the picture.

anyone else have this problem...its barely noticeable and i want to know if it occurs normally on other sets? such as any geometry issues

why don't you have it exchanged, apparntly its a crap shoot if you get a good one or not. Several people have hls sets with good geometry.

Just had a the engined replaced on a Samsung 6188 and now the screen is tilted to the left. Had tech come back for adjustment and it's still not right. Wonder if they will exchange it for a new one, or should I just call for service again? Bought it from TVauthority in August of 2006.
