I have a Samsung HL-S5679W on its way from Crutchfield. I went ahead and downloaded the manual from Samsung and was pretty surprised to hear that it has a fan to cool the LEDs and that the television can shut down if it is on too long to prevent overheating. I never thought that would be a concern with the LED light engine.

1. Has anyone who has one noticed the fan kicking on, ( Is it pretty quiet)?
2. Has anyone had their television shut down from overheating?
