Hi everyone.
I´m on the verge of buying a HC3 or a HV10. Not sure yet. I´m waiting for new HC7 to see what happens.
I have a good old Hi8 Sony TRV-65E. My question, and sorry my ignorance, is if I can do anything to link the two cameras and if even possible what are the possibilities. The HV10 hasn´t a mic or any jack input. The TRV-65 have them. Do you see what I mean? Another thing is that I have lots of Hi8 tapes with plenty of footage. Can I pass them to the new miniDV tapes of the HC3/HV10 or what can I do to transfer footage to somewhere else? Sorry about my ignorance. Hop you can help me. I´m asking this also because if the TRV can´t be used together with the new camera in any subject, I think I´ll retire it. Loved it but it´s time to move forward. Thank you all for your kind advice.
