Turn on the television.
On the TV remote control, press and hold either the RESET or UP ARROW button.
While holding the RESET or UP ARROW button, press and release the POWER button on the front of the TV.
NOTE: The TV will turn off and then back on.

Release the RESET or UP ARROW button.


But, I remember when I called Sony Tech, they told me to unplug the TV power for XXX mins and plug back in and it'll reset it's own. Anyone remember how?
