Hello,

I bought a new plasma tv (Toshiba 50") and hooked it up to my Time Warner digital cable DVR box via component cables. When I attempt to watch tv, the screen is pink/red. I have checked the component cables over and over again, and they are in their proper position. For now, i just hooked up the coaxial cable and watch tv the old way. I have seen no other indications that the tv or the cable box is flawed.

Any suggestions?

OK, I will, however I am not certain that the problem is the tv -- it might be the HD DVR cable box, right?
